Cancellation/ Refund Policy: We understand plans can change. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A full refund, less $100 administrative fee, will be issued if notification is received on or before May 7, 2014. Cancellations received after May 7, 2014 are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after May 21, 2014. Substitutions for registrants within the same company are permitted if requested in writing on a timely basis. Registrations are not transferable to other BAA events. BAA reserves the right to cancel or suspend this conference if conditions warrant. BAA assumes no liability for individual expenses committed and or incurred to and from the conference site in the event of conference cancellation or suspension.
